Check-in time is 3pm.  If you arrive an hour or two earlier, we are happy to store your luggage and at 7 Mile Ocean Bliss Marketplace – where boutique convenience items, gourmet coffee, and tasty cuisine meet the Space Coast. 

If you are arriving early morning from a cruise ship, we recommend you book the night prior so you can go immediately to your unit as early as you would like.  If you want to enjoy the day prior to a later flight, be sure to include that night in your reservation.

Conveniently onsite just downstairs at Mangrove Marketplace, there is a wide selection of items to rent for fun in the sun.  From beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas to bicycles and golf-carts, there are plenty of items to choose.

A.  10% Cancellation fee applies to all reservations.

B.  If you cancel at least 14 days prior to your arrival date; 90% refund.  If you cancel at least 7 days prior; 50% refund.  If you cancel less than 7 days notice; no refund.

Our goal is to provide you with enough basic items to get you started for your stay:

• Beach bag with 2 beach towels
• Travel sized shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar of soap and hand soap
• 3 rolls of toilet paper
• 1 roll of paper towels
• 2 laundry detergent pods
• kitchen trash bags
• All purpose cleaner
• Stove top cleaner
• Kitchen towels and dish sponge
• Basic cookware
• Iron & ironing board

We provide basic kitchen items: coffee maker, blender, dinnerware, drinkware, wine glasses, utensils/flatware,dishes, baking pans/sheets, pots & pans. We also provide starter coffee, creamer, sugar and sweetener and basic papergoods.  These are only to get you through until you can go to the grocery store or conveniently pick up additional supplies downstairs at Mangrove Marketplace.

We provide all linens for the bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen.  Bathrooms are fully stocked with plenty of plush bath towels, hand towels and  wash cloths. A beach bag with 2 beach towels, kitchen drying hand towels and cleaning cloths are also provided.

Smoking is absolutely NOT allowed inside and a $350 fine will be assessed if there is any evidence of smoking inside the unit. There is no smoking allowed on the balcony or near store. There is a dedicated smoking area located on the south side of the parking lot.
